Current Position: Marketing Coordinator for NCMIC
What does your job entail?
My role involves collaborating with multiple lines of business across NCMIC to ensure they receive the marketing materials and campaign support they need. I coordinate preparations for the travel team as they attend events across the United States, and I work closely with state chiropractic associations to maintain and strengthen our partnerships.
How did the NLP certificate prepare you for your professional life?
My NLP certificate strengthened my ability to understand, analyze, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. It helped me to think more strategically about language, messaging, and human behavior all of which I use daily when collaborating with teams, supporting projects, and creating work that positively impacts people.
What do you enjoy about your current position?
I enjoy working with my team, collaborating with a wide variety of people, and helping make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
What career advice do you have for current NLP students?
Build relationship and get involved - your network is your greatest asset. Strengthen your communication and collaboration skills by saying yes to opportunities, even if it is outside of your comfort zone. Find a mentor and learn from them, take in their advice!
