What does your job entail?
Prosecuting domestic abuse assault and sexual abuse and assault.
How did the NLP certificate prepare you for your professional life?
The certificate prepared me mentally for a mindset of service. My job is not glamorous but it allows me to connect with people and children on a human level in pursuit of justice and to better serve my community.
What do you enjoy about your current position?
I enjoy the connections I make with the victims. I can provide information, comfort, and justice for people regarding and incident that was likely the worst day of their lives.
What career advice do you have for NLP students?
Keep and open mind about ALL the facets of NLP and what direction you can take the curriculum and mindset in your career.
